Our breads are made on site with no artificial ingredients, improvers or enhancements. Our bakery team take turns to work on the night shift to make a wide range of breads.
Our sourdough breads include: Pain De Campagne, Polish, 100% Rye levain, 40% Rye and Caraway, 70% wholemeal with 4 grains, baguettes.
Our yeasted breads include: White Bloomer, White tin, Wholemeal tin, Ciabatta rolls, Morning rolls.
