Our breads are made on site with no artificial ingredients, improvers or enhancements. Our team consisting of Natalie, Darryl, Bruce and Elana all take turns to work on the night shift to make a wide range of breads including Pain De Campagne, Rye and Caraway and 70% wholemeal levain with 4 grains.
