Britain’s Best Bakery

It is now no longer a secret that Ross Baxter, our pâtissier extraordinaire, alongside Pavel Broz, savouries specialist, were both away on location last month filming for a brand new television show . Nor was there rest for the staff left in Dunbar, as the cameras returned to welcome the boys home.

Participating in a TV competition to find  was pretty gruelling, but our boys are hardly averse to early morning starts.

We cannot say much more except that they were pitched against a national field, including some of the very best.

To find out how they fared you are going to have to watch “Britain’s Best Bakery”, which starts on ITV next monday the 26th of November 2012 – daily at 4:00pm over 4 weeks, finishing on the 21st of December!
