Last Christmas orders are being taken on Saturday 15th December. This year’s Xmas & Hogmanay fare contains the usual favourites (all made with wholesome ingredients entirely on our premises), with the addition of special editions such as our famous King’s Cake - and the distinctive and moreish Pain d’Epices. Festive Favourites
Belhaven Christmas Pudding – £12 - serves 8
A rich dark steamed pudding filled with dried fruits and our local Belhaven Black ale.
Pithivier Mince Pies – £4.50 - pack of 4
Traditional mince pie encased in crisp puff pastry.
Pain d’Epices – £5.95
Moist gingerbread infused with anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, orange, lemon, vanilla & honey.
Christmas Cake – £7.50
A rich cake stuffed with sultanas, currants & almonds.
Stollen – £7.20
Stollen is a traditional German fruit cake filled with dried fruits & dusted with icing sugar.

Jivara 40% milk chocolate ganache and salted caramel moelleux (soft caramel), crisp vanilla pastry base.

Almond crème, poached pears, almond crumble topping, pate a foncer base.
Galette des Rois – £26- 12 slices
Also known as the king’s cake baked with a small trinket inside and the lucky person to get these trinkets in their slice is crowned king for the day. Almond crème baked in puff pastry.

Delicate almond macarons sandwiched together with a variety of flavours; crème citron, passion fruit & 40% Jivara milk chocolate, cassis & dark chocolate, pistachio, sea salted caramel & milk chocolate.

A soft moist carrot teacake studded with roasted walnuts and finished with crème cheese butter cream.

Carre Chocolat et au Praline
It contains layers of dark chocolate mousse, cremeux (chocolate cream), praline feuillete noisette (crispy hazelnut layer), dark chocolate glacage (glaze), chocolate decoration and macarons.
Madagascar Bourbon - gluten free*
Bourbon vanilla & 70% dark chocolate mousse, Madagascan vanilla cream, capuccina sponge cake (poached flourless sponge cake), dark chocolate glacage and vanilla macarons.
