Part Time Staff
Bakery Operatives: we occasionally need qualified bakers and chefs to assist and undertake cover / holiday duties. Candidates will have a proven track record and industrial experience in artisan baking. The bakery is a hard working, but a friendly environment with lots of potential to develop working alongside a talented team.
Retail Staff: we are looking for adaptable, friendly customer-focused staff, preferably with some previous experience of food retail. We offer a friendly informal atmosphere to work in with opportunities for development. Willingness to learn about our fantastic ranges is essential and we’ll give you a chance to work in professional environment and also get some exposure to the inner sanctum baking environment.
We can also offer short term training opportunities for young unemployed individuals wanting to get into the trade. No particular qualifications are required, but you will need to demonstrate a passion for food, and a minimum literacy and numeracy (there are many instructions to follow, measurements to be taken and calculations to be made).
